Current Work

Mr Robinson has established a successful elective NHS practice as well as maintaining his commitments to a very busy General Surgery Unit. His MD in Bristol looked at the factors that lead to developing Type 2 diabetes and this has provided an excellent platform on which to build my passion for metabolic surgery.

Mr Robinson is currently a Senior Academy Tutor and a validated examiner for Birmingham University Medical School, where he teaches and lectures medical students. In addition, he is a reviewer for the British Medical Journal.
